Binelde Hyrcan is a young artist from Angola. He study and work between Paris and Munchen. His work is ironic and satiric. The artist, for the first time in Milan, from March 27th to 1st June exposes at the Museo del Risorgimento. The works, reproductions of full-size chickens, are meant to ridicule power in all its forms. Binelde Hyrcan’s installations invite us to ironic reflections, full of sarcasm and on the concept of vanity.
His work includes several artistic fields, crossing sculpture, painting, design, video art and performance. Hyrcan began by gaining visibility with the work of Jacques Tati exhibition scenography at the French Cinematheque in August 2009. In this way, he participated in other artistic events, including the 2nd Triennial of Luanda.
